Nowdays, eating can be done in everywhere we want. There are so many restaurants which are provided various kind of food. Even, we can get the food only in 5-10 minutes. Really fast? Yes, this is called as fast food because it is served very fast.
But, do you think that fast food is a healthy food? As you know, fast food contains of salt, fat, high calories, 70% cholesterol but low of fiber which is really need for body. Therefore, fast food is not health for body, even consuming fast food can cause bad effect.
Have you ever seen documentary film from Morgan Spurlock which the title is SUPER SIZE ME? In this movie, Morgan did the research to know the effect of fast food. He decided himself to be the object of the research. For the research, he decided to eat fast food 3 times everyday for a month.
What happened after a month?
1. Obesity
As the result, he gained 11,1 kilogram.
2. 13 % his body mass increase
3. His cholesterol level became 230
4. He got mood swings, sexual dysfunction and fat accumulation to his
liver
Being heath is started from ourself. So, Let's say no to Fast Food!

BalasHapusAs anak kost, try to do not buy mie instan. If you have enough time, you can buy nasi warteg. But, if you don't have enough time and money, just making telor ceplok or dadar.
I think that's good than mie instan.
